Carpet Re-Stretching Rates

Our re-stretching services are designed to be cost-effective, helping you add years of life to your flooring:

Initial Room: $195
Additional Rooms: $100 per room
Note on Room Sizing: To ensure the highest quality results, we categorize large “great rooms,” expansive walk-in closets, or uniquely shaped architectural spaces as multiple rooms.
Seam Separation: If your carpet requires cutting and re-joining to remove wrinkles properly, an additional fee will apply. Pricing is based on seam length, the total number of seams, and the complexity of any pattern matching required.

Stair Repairs

Precision Stair Stretching: $25 per step.

Furniture & Job Site Preparation

We aim to make the restoration process as smooth as possible for our Delaware neighbors:

Standard Furniture: Movement of basic furniture is included in our service at no extra cost.
Large Specialty Items: A $50 surcharge applies to oversized or complex items such as pianos or pool tables.
Your Part: To help us maintain a clean and efficient workspace, we ask that you clear all loose items from the floor and furniture tops, and provide a freshly vacuumed surface. We take pride in leaving your home spotless and appreciate starting with a clean environment.
